The eco-friendly alternative – travelling by train
Travelling to England by train
The train can be an excellent way of travelling to the UK, especially if you plan to visit London or South East England. On the Eurostar, it takes only 2.45 hours including check-in time to travel from Brussels to London St Pancras Station. You arrive directly in Central London, meaning that there is no need to arrange expensive and time-consuming transfers from the airport. And if you are heading outside London, the Eurostar stops at other stations in South East England, such as Ebbsford and Ashford, which offer good connections to Hastings and Canterbury.
More information and tickets are available on the Eurostar website or via the Deutsche Bahn.
